Wendy's

They rushed us when ordering in the drive thru. They made us pull up and wait while they cooked the chicken sandwich yet all the fries we ordered we reheated old fries. They were nasty.

If youre thinking of ordering here DO NOT BOTHER. Everytime we order something is wrong or missing. After working a long day into the evening I wanted a hot meal. Only ordered here tonight because I wanted wendys chili. They substituted chili with fries. Never communicated. They also never gave us the drink for my husband's meal. This has to be the WORST wendys in Niagara.nI swore I'd never order here again, tonight just reaffirmed that.

3 star given because it’s generally good. The drive thru today was a whole different issue as I arrived at the speaker at 6:18 pm I was immediately greeted that they would be with me in a “minute”. At 6:20 pm I was greeted again “sorry we’ll be right with you”. At 6:22 pm I drove away without ordering. As I drove away the only car in line at the pick up window drove away in front of me. I understand that sometimes some items may take time but at the drive thru fast food window waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes approximately to place an order is a little surprising to say the least.

This place is horrible! After waiting 10 minutes in line I then asked the three people in front of me if any orders had been taken…answer “no”. I then asked an employee if anyone is taking orders. He replied “if I take orders you will wait even longer.” I turned around, left, and went to McDonalds. Don’t waste your time going there, the place is filthy and the service is horrible. Do better Wendy’s!!!

Just drove to Wendy’s to get my whole family Wendy’s for Dinner as a treat. I Ordered four son of a baconater combos for my wife and kids two plain burgers for my dogs. And a son of a baconater burger for myself. Only to get home and find that they never put my burger in the bag. So now my wife, my kids and even my dogs are at home eating their food and I’m sitting here in the Wendy’s parking lot writing this review and eating my burger alone that I had to drive twice across town to get. The sad thing is they are so swamped and busy in there that all I got was a sorry about that sir and here’s the burger that I was missing.nnNow I’m missing dinner with my family. And eating alone in a Wendy’s parking lot. Definitely not impressed.
