KFC

They were very friendly and the Chicken was delicious! Like the original recipe... Nicely spiced and great breading. I wish all KFCs made their chicken this good.

I could write a negative review for this joint because my experience has not been 100% here. That is okay, since unfortunately...I love KFC...I've eaten KFC almost my entire life since kindergarten and every store and every meal I've had were memorable to me. Anyway, for this location, I have had some issues with quantity, quality, customer service, and so on. Honestly I was nice despite the mistakes and some attitudes because I love getting KFC and wouldn't want to offend anyone anyway. They fixed a lot of things if I addressed it correctly and they have done it right by me in the end. They even remember me time to time since I go there often, maybe once every two weeks, and gave some extra pieces from the past mistakes and whatnot. I mean it is good, I like the fact that KFC is so close to me. I don't like the fact that I gotta portion control my deals but eh... I do hope they improve on customer service and consistency. I want this location to succeed, along with people in it.

1. young, inexperienced girls working drive thru that interupt & cut you off countless times while ordering to the point that im not even sure whats been included on my order and what ill be charged for... (this, after i, as a responisible customer, have already chosen my meal items and just need someone to taje my order and make it) 2. When calling to express concern over my experience, i immediately requested a manager (not supervisor..who are also all 17 years old) and was lied to by your shift supervisor, whi claimed to be an authorative figure however when the problem was too big for her to handle, there was someone higher to speak to 3.Once in contact with a manager, she expressed zero concern over her drive thru employees communication.. the young girl didnt use a disrespectful tone but she did cut me off, interupt me and talk over enough to ask her to let me finish talking and then when she didnt i drove away buying nothing from this location..however this manager found no issues (also had a headset on) and clearly will not be attempting to correct this issue with this employee..after it caused you to lose business

I called to complain on the phone. The manager was rude. The chicken at this location is undercooked. It's not even crispy or golden brown. This was our 3rd. Try. ALL 3 times the chicken was red inside in other words it's not cooked!!! We will no longer buy chicken in FORT ERIE. This store may not last long. Check into your cook settings that's all I was trying to explain to them...manager didn't want to hear it. DONE! NO longer a customer here.

Worst possible workers very rude i came in and they were sitting back talking i was on my lunch break i was almost late for work!!!!
