I've been coming to this Wendy's location for years, but the quality has really gone downhill in the last six months. I ordered wraps this time, and as you can see from the pictures, they weren’t even wrapped properly – just carelessly thrown together with the food falling out. A few weeks ago, I tried their chicken wrap and got wilted, brown lettuce and wrapped similarly. This location used to be my favorite in Airdrie, but the standards have seriously declined. I’m disappointed, and I think the pictures speak for themselves.
I ordered a chicken pecan salad combo, they forgot the fries. When I was eating it, I realized that the blue cheese was warm and the chicken was like rubber. So I looked at it, and it had been obviously sitting out for hours.nI'm really sick now and reporting to AHS.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on a road trip. Food was decent, came out decently quick. Reason for low stars is because the store was very DIRTY. garbage on the ground, dirty floors. I understand it’s a wendy’s on a busy highway, but still needs to be kept to higher standard. The mens bathroom was awful, if you are stopping for some food and bathroom break, go somewhere else! the men’s bathroom stall doesn’t lock, smells bad, toilet paper dispenser doesn’t work, and the toilet paper is disgustingly dirty! If you are coming here go through the drive thru!
Disgusting, super dry burger like it was reheated in the microwave, also the fries were so charred that I think it was deep fried 5 times or in motoroil or something. Time for alberta health to inspect this place!nnRaw burger, only 1 super small piece of bacon on my bacon poutine
