Today May 31st, 2024 I ordered a burger and Chilli Cheese Nacho from them through skip the dish and they Absolutely Botch It “they poured the cheese and the chilli all over the chips so they were all soggy and spoilt and disgusting” and when I called them to tell how I received my order and ask how would they rectify it, they said they can’t and their not going to resend my order. Then they hung up the phone very rude and disrespectful customer service even when I called a second time.nn“Raman” something I didn’t not get her last name, one of the so called managers or employee I’m sure which one she is told me to come to the store and they’ll redo the orders I went to the store within the hour I made the order and then their telling me that they are not going to refund me or replace the order they messed up and to make matters worse they were not just being rude and disrespectful they were laughing as if it’s was funny. This was all at my expense because of someone that was training and did not know how to prepare the order. So I not only lost my money I also wasted gas and time on a whole 30mins drive to and from the location. The staff there is grossly “unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and impolite” to say the least worst customer service experience ever.
Solid fast food! Miles better than McDonald's for the same price or less! I've gotten the Dave's Single a couple times and have loved it every time! Obviously it is a fast food burger so nothing too crazy but definitely MY FAVOURITE fast food burger! Love the Frosty, but it sometimes has a weird taste, almost like it's burnt? Staff are very friendly and even try to remember your orders when you go in!
I have gotten food delivered from this place many times, and each time, without fail, at least 1 item was screwed up. I have never ever gotten one whole order that was flawless from here. I am writing this review now because I had just ordered and I am in awe and what they screwed up this time. I had ordered a large coke, and got a large coke zero, which is just like how did you add a word when there wasn't one there. However that's not the bad one, I had also ordered a side caesar salad not to eat healthy or anything, I just like wendy's caesar and got onions instead of croutons. Pic attached as proof. It's absolutely insane at how they could mess up that badly.nnI hope they either teach the people who currently work here how to read, or they hire new people who already know how.
Terrible quality for what you pay, both tomato slices were paper thin, soggy and have the green part that you are not supposed to feed to people, the lettuce is completely pathetic. Anyone wanting a chicken sandwich should just go to Mary Browns, way better quality and flavours. Congrats Wendy's you have joined the blacklist.
Went through drive through. Had to repeat my order 3 times, and I was speaking slower from the start. I paid, they gave me my drink with no straw. Asked me to park upfront, and proceed to forget about me and all start talking in a circle while we sit outside waiting for our food. I had went in after 15min to see what was going on. I watch them rush to throw it together, and they still messed up the order. 0/5 if I could rate lower.
