Was there Saturday morning with the grand-babies. I witnessed, the most delightful and amazing display of human kindness from all the staff working. Between patience when ordering, especially with the kids as they didn’t know how to order what they wanted.I was not much help since I was unfamiliar with the menu, but the lovely young lady at the counter was helpful.nI witnessed the staff hurrying to open doors for customers who had their hands full with either purchases or children. Bringing out orders to customers and being genuinely considerate to all customers. Whoever started this trend of hospitality coupled with kindness, I commend. To all the staff that morning, it was a pleasure to be a customer.
Orders are wrong or missing items about 50% of the time, food is clearly made with no quality control as the employees probably don’t care. I mean… look at the state of this spicy McChicken; it’s pretty sad, and that’s the standard. Frankly I can’t blame the employees though, maybe try paying them a livable wage instead of poverty wages and they might care more.
The food is good however I feel when there are certain managers on shift the employees care less. I ordered a Big Arch early Saturday morning 2am, the burger had more sauce than meat which was hard to deal with. 2 weeks later same time, same order and the burger was totally different, good amount of sauce and I didn't need 6 napkins.
I love going here for my lunch break. It‘s very clean and the staff is always friendly. Lady May goes above and beyond to enhance the customer experience. Thanks for everything! :
Well below McDonald's standards. Maybe the worst I've ever visited. Absolutely filthy, with broken chairs, tables, and electronics everywhere. Gave me fries that had to have been 40 minutes old. Wall paper is literally peeling off the walls.
