literally the worst wendys out there… went through the drive through, the lady speaking had a nasty attitude and would cut me off as i was ordering, the wait for the food was quite long despite not many ppl being there.. and to my surprise, the patty in my burger was RAW… how the hell u take so long to not even cook my food???? i only realized the meat was very pink after eating most of it
New decor is terrible: Wood tables and chairs, white walls and nothing more. Bread on burger is chilled/cold. Dining area under heated. I ordered pickles only but it came all dressed. We dined in at 3pm with a staff of 10 and only 1 other diner in line but it took forever. I didn't have time to return my burger so I doctored it up myself. I remember the newspaper style tables with upholstered banquettes , a carpeted dining room and a lovely salad bar. Even the fries changed. They used to resemble Macdonalds but now they're cold, not even peeled and just gross.. Oh well :
I waited almost an hour just to get a burger and some fries… The staff didn’t look like they knew what they were doing at all. A rework of the whole staff is definitely necessary. You can’t even call this fast food
We passed by to get meals for 2 kids and some extra food for them to share. We asked for an extra sauce so each child has the same number of sauces and so they wouldn’t fight. The restaurant refused and made it a matter of life and death to give out an extra sauce. It was petty and silly. Not going back.
My favorite frosty vanilla and chocolate flavor. We ordered taco ,fries and frosty since its good friday . I missed earing to this place . Now i satisfied.
