Very slow service. I waited in line at the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes, then decided to go inside to place my order. The doors were locked, even though they mention being open 24 hours. After that, I had to go back and wait another 30 minutes in line to order. The worst part was when I spoke to the lady in English, and she insisted on talking to me in French for almost a full minute. When I said I couldn’t understand her, she found herself with no solution other than speaking to me in English. She then started speaking to me fluently in English. The story didn’t end there—my order came wrong. They said they would fix the mistake, but I got another wrong order. They made me wait on the side for another 15 minutes.
I just ordered the remix junior and the staff were kind and fast, food was fresh and good. I recommend this place during the day.
Food is bad for you, but service is quick and friendly at this particular McDo. They get busy during rush hours, but they're otherwise a quick pit stop.
Went to the drive thru, placed my order. The girl at the window asked me to wait at the second window to receive my order, we waited for 15 minutes as more than 15 cars went thru, finally I decided to back up and asked what happened to my order. apparently they forgot about me so I asked for a refund . waisted half a hour of my time. Finally we had to go somewhere else. Second time this happened to me at this location.
Good: Eduardo Leader, helped quickly best positive way as possible.nHe understands the value time, and wasting it in arguments= loosing more money as it affects a stop of operations. If he his Management can't see it he will be recognized elsewhere and promoted to higher positions.nnHe is smiling, positive and efficient in what he does. I've been at this McDonalds 13 times about and had 3 issues and 2 of them were solved fast by EduardonnAtmosphere, the employees try their best and follow what they are asked and don't take decisions, they remain positive and call their Leader.nnFood: McDonald food is what it is = has decorated and will keep detoriating
