Go eat at Harvey's down the street ..... The most incompetent staff ever even the management.. you complain and they just stare at you ... no mater what day or what time it's always the same, zero quality control or sense of common knowledge. They NEVER get your order right, drive through or even in person at the counter. the sandwiches are just thrown together like they don't give AF. The only reason I come here is because it's the only one in the area or I wouldn't go. This time everything was thrown on one side of my cold 1/4 pounder and they gave me a sausage egg McMuffin when clearly it says a sausage McMuffin with ham and mayo and my son's cheeseburger was just cheese and meat nothing else inside... You're making food ... Respect what you make or go find another job
The girl with glasses who took my order at 1AM on Mon/Tue night, Nov 19 was very polite and apologized for late order which was not even that late. Sandwiches were done very well and all pretty. Great service and very much appreciated after a long day at work, this type of workers like this girl is what makes that business run, appreciate them more!!!
One of the best-attended McDonald's, open at any time you go, it is usually always clean even if there are a lot of customers, the staff is friendly.
McDonald's is what it is. But since the COVID pandemic, the company has problems recruiting personnel and keeping them. It has had an undeniable effect on service. A MAJOR, AND I DO MEAN MAJOR problem with many places visited is that they have people that cannot speak or understand French. This is a big concern here in Québec. Even assistant managers do not speak French. A lot more respect for our province's laws would be NECESSARY. but as everything is about money at McDonald's, the government is going to have to intervene. Also, their order screens, are a nest for viruses and bacteria. No wonder hospitals across the country are full of sick people. Now not to exaggerate, they are not the only responsible people, but those screens sure send a wedding message. I used to bring family, now I don't anymore. Their microphones and speaker systems at the ordering stations are not proper devices, you can argue that they serve thousands and millions of customers every day. I would suggest they do an investigation to see how well they are used, by both the employees and the customers. Practically everytime I have used them, either I don't understand what is being said, offer the employees do not understand. Now as far as the employees are concerned, it is not all their fault. I suggest you stand and wait for your order inside, you will want to get out of there and soon as possible. There is so much noise in there with all the bells and whistles, I really wonder how they can make their shifts without going crazy. But the guy at the top does not care, all he wants is to go to the bank...
I drove 15 minutes away from my house to go to this McDonald's because I heard it has a play area for the kids since lately, the new restaurant dont have them. The service was amazing. The person that served us I think her name was Julie and part of management was so nice, and she was funny. I had 2 trays and they were nice enough to bring them to my table. All the time I was eating, there were several people cleaning the tables and taking out the trash. The same person who was taking out the trash came to my table and took my trays away. This place is so clean. For the food, somehow, without asking for it, I had extra big Mac sauce. Yeah, me!Try the new sweet chili sauce for the nuggets. It has a nice little kick to it.
