ridiculous.. i usually order here a lot, but never again this time. i brought my food inside and my drink was all over my floor and the rest of my food leaving it inedible. i worked at mcdonalds for 2 years and never has this been an issue. how hard is it to get a drink tray? or warn the driver that the drink could spill? this sucks
Wendy’s service and food are absolutely horrible now. The quality of food has really gone down. Everytime I go through the drive through they always forget at least one food item to pack in the bag. I am so frustrated with the service and the food is always slapped together. One time the staff didn’t put the lid on the chilli and it spilled all over my car seats. The chilli cheese fries are dry old fries with barely have any chilli. The food always makes my stomach hurt. Service and food are awful now. Will not go back as the quality is nowhere as good as it used to be. Horrible experience!
I came the Wendy’s in Richmond today, when I asked why the hand sanitizer is empty, the waitress answered it will be provided soon, I waited at the counter for a while, I asked again when I can get hand sanitizer, she looks like store manager answered she will order it and maybe come tomorrow. I think it is empty for a long time, no stock? Why they operate the store so poor, they never think for the customers, everyday they clean the restaurant, no one finds no hand sanitizer in the container ? I never come here again.
Ordered delivery . No honey mustard dipping sauce ordered given. Second time in 2 weeks they seem to sub items without any confirmation . Guess they ran out of drink holders too as my drink was just put in the bag and spilled all over my nuggets and burger . Poor management on likely inventory control or just lazy staff or franchisee cutting corners to save money . How hard is it to bag drinks separately if you don’t have drink holders sk a they don’t spill and make a mess and result in soggy inedible food . How hard is it to provide dipping sauces selected and not sub without confirmation from customer ?
