This was the first time we came to this McDonald’s location. We were surprised to see some Chinese style decorations like Bamboo. Perhaps it was still a bit early in the morning of a Sunday, there were just a few other customers. Food and service were alright.
My Terrible Experience at McDonald’snnRecently, I had one of the worst experiences at McDonald’s, and I feel it’s important to share just how frustrating and disappointing it was. What should have been a simple and quick meal turned into a stressful and upsetting situation, all because of poor service and careless mistakes.nnFrom the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with an attitude that felt rude and unwelcoming. I wasn’t greeted properly, and it seemed like they couldn’t care less about my order. I understand that fast food jobs can be busy and stressful, but as a paying customer, I expected at least basic respect and professionalism. Instead, I felt like I was bothering them just by placing my order.nnThe real problem started when I received my food. Not only was my order completely wrong, but they also added pickles — even though I specifically told them no pickles because I’m allergic. This wasn’t just a simple mistake. It was a careless and dangerous one. Allergies are not something to take lightly, and the fact that they ignored my request put my health at serious risk.nnWhen I tried to calmly explain the issue, the staff showed no real concern or apology. They acted as if it wasn’t a big deal, which only made the experience even worse. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and honestly a bit scared, knowing that one careless slip could’ve caused me a serious allergic reaction.nnIn the end, this visit to McDonald’s was not only a waste of money but also a reminder of how important it is for employees to pay attention to customer orders — especially when health and safety are involved. I hope the management takes situations like this more seriously in the future, because no one deserves to be treated like this, especially when their well-being is on the line.
Went here today for a sausage & egg McMuffin meal…around 10:30 am… food was so fresh and yummy. Best ever. The staff were so nice and professional! I felt the love. These kids were taking pride in their work and it was so refreshing.
I’m on the Carnivore diet and I’ve requested hamburger patties which are 100% beef. It took them a little longer but they did a wonderful job of bringing it, it tasted amazing and I loved the packaging. I’ll be back again!
I have been meaning to review this location for quite some time. Parking is terrible but the service is the best out of the mcdonald's restaurant in the area. Never had an order messed up until today lol. Ice coffee tasted like water and with zero vanilla and my cheese burger was dry with no mustard or onions. First time they have screwed up though.
