So many issues I’ve just posted pictures over the last few years. Mostly fish sandwiches and a few pics are from the replacements. I showed the manager these and she said filet o fish are difficult to make… What !?! Once in the drive thru, I was handed a coffee with the lid unattached and coffee went all over me, my car , and into the charging port of my new iPhone. They tried to say it was my fault at first and then they were very reluctant to give me the managers contact info.nThey clearly do not respect their customers. They don’t maintain even a basic level of standards with their staff.
I always get subpar and very slow service at this location, no matter the time of day, which is quite the nuisance because I do shift work and they’re often the only place open during my night shifts.nOther than that, the food is normally poorly packaged and cold. Today, I ordered a 6-piece pack of nuggets waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru because they messed up the orders of the two cars in front of me, causing significant delays which was cold when I opened it up a couple minutes later. Not only that, but three of the 6 nuggets had undercooked breading - I tore one open to see if it was even cooked through, and it was super mushy and inedible.nPlus, the workers failed to even give me my receipt.nSo, thank you McDonalds Ironwood for always providing slow, apathetic service from workers who barely even make eye contact with me, and for cold, undercooked food that I can’t even eat, despite the fact that I paid you money for it.
Very bad service, iced coffee tastes like water, whole cup of ice, and I asked staff a problem, she said nothing happened, picture 2 was very light one tasted like water, after a staff not satisfied to changed other one for me pic1, that's a difference between the 2 drinks. Never Never come here again ..... July 19, around 9:45pm now
food is pretty Standard dine in Service speed depends on How Long is the Drive through. There were some issues and I reported to via survey. The manager called and fixed the issue for me. Appreciated the effort from the manager to make the services better
The establishment consistently delivers incorrect orders, and customers are often forced to wait in the parking lot for their food, even during periods of low customer traffic.
