Great place. Cindy is a delight to talk to. The teenagers pay more attention to their cell phones than their job. Parking: Enormous pot hole on the only drive way out if you have to turn left. I can't take my car here anymore because it bottoms out when I go through it.
Wendy's and Tim Hortons co located restaurant. Visit in August, 2019 for both brands. Friendly and fast service with clean facilities.
Totally unorganized, skipped our order completely while still serving those who came in after us. We were about an hour waiting for an order that they said apparently got bumped off the kitchen's computer screen. Will never go back there.
Pretty friendly staff - patient as people in my car weren't used to ordering frm Wendy's. One our order was up and ready, we were set for the road. A positive experience overall for our dinner on the road.

Closed their cash counter inside. I don't have a car, so I'm not welcome as a customer here. Employee was rude when I inquired about ordering. Close the drive-thru first so everyone can order! Many people with disabilities can't drive, so this is discrimination!
Pretty much mess up my order almost eveyrtime. I get old food and cold fries. Probably the worst wendys I've ever been.
Always hot and fresh! Fries are always fresh and crispy! Burgers are always so fresh like they literally just came off the grill! Super impressed with quality here! They definitely care about their customers! The elderly woman that works there is the sweetest thing ever! She is such a lovely lady! Always enjoy seeing her and how hard she works. Koodos to her! I hope she is recognized for how outstanding she really is there! She deserves the recognition! The rest of the staff are fast and efficient, also super friendly! They are a great team there! They never seem to mess up any of my orders....ever. This is my favorite Wendy's in Renfrew County.
Very few employees at this location EVER speak. They just shove the debit machine at you, no words. There was a mature lady there who spoke but the young ones don't know anything about customer service. Probably the manager doesn't either. Cold,stale fries and a cold chicken sandwich. Last time
Like the food for a fast food place but they are in dire need of staff. The young staff they hire leave them hanging most of the time they don't show up for work. Youth nowadays is lazy
