Ran into the restaurant to use the washroom. The woman’s bathroom was not very clean. When we received our drinks, they were only 3/4 full. We ordered large and received the equivalent of a medium. We went through drive thru so didn’t have a chance to complain.
Certainly one of the better McDonald's in the valley. Sometimes you get slow service and sassy teenagers but I've come to expect that at all fast food joints.Food: 3/5
Drive-thru service was fast even though busy. We got lukewarm fries. Fries are meant to be piping hot! Warm, limp, undercooked fries are simply not acceptable. Waste of money! Smoothies were great, especially for $2 each
Worse Mcdonald ever. Waited 20 mins before the cashier would even look at us and when she did we asked why it's taking so long to take our order she said they were short staffed. She didn't even say hold on a min wouldn't look at us. Lol but I watch 3 of the staff members staring into a paper bag for 5 mins trying to figure out a order. Wasting customers time not trained right manager should be fired cause there is no way I would let that happen being a manager. Ughhh awful service walked out couldn't take the ignorance anymore. The person in the front row that already had her order taken she said it was 50 mins for her two bf sandwiches lol awful
Stood in line for 10 minutes, got ignored, watched drive thru get special priority while lobby got ignored. Won't be spending another wasted minute at this location, I'll head to Tim Hortons instead for a coffeeFood: 5/5
This is a great McDonald's! I came here twice and it was very busy both times. The washrooms were very clean despite how busy it was. The wait for my order was short and I received all the items ordered accurately. I would recommend this McDonald's to family and friends.
Food is great - normal McDonald's quality. Slowest drive through I've ever been through. Especially on Friday evenings. They just can't seem to get orders through the windows.
I went to this McDonalds tonight and when I arrived at the window she says try this to tell me if it is Diet Coke. I was like I’ll drink either it is ok as I only drink a few sips anyways. Anyhow I was in a hurry as I had to play ball. Hadn’t eaten. All day Leave start to eat fries they are burnt oh well whatever I am hungry. Then I open the chicken burger it is so old dry and cold with about 1/4cup of mayo slipped on Tried to call 4x to complain. No answer machine keeps picking up 1030 on my way home I tried to call again no answer. So I went to drive thru Spoke to manager. So nice she apologized and said she’d give money back. I had hit the wrong account. I proceeded to tell her I hit the wrong account she said well it went through. I was like oh maybe I didn’t. Low and behold I come home to check nope didn’t get my money back and of course they don’t answer the phone yet again.

Renfrew location specifically. We stopped in to dine in, regretted it. I'm not the tidiest person, but this location was filthy. The table looked fine but the floor hadn't been swept all day. Might not matter to some, but with a young kid you notice it. I'd rather she play on the grass outside than on that gross floor. The new "updated" restaurant looks nice but makes dine-in feel unwanted. There is like ZERO menu above the teller, just two huge screens with ads not even the rotating screens with various menu selections that we've all gotten used to. Teller manager likely just tried to upsell to their new crispy chicken when I asked for the "value menu double cheese burger", then he put it in as a standard double cheese until I remembered the exact name of it Mc Double, only one slice of cheese but like 75cents cheaper, which adds up when you are ordering 2 for a number of people, then he rolled his eyes and fixed it. But without a menu you have to remember and guess, and be upsold expensive options. The self ordering kiosks are around the corner in the aisle area. I've used them before, but these feel disconnected and pushed to the side. I guess this is to limit contact, but not inviting in the least... lined up along the wall, like standing at a urinal. Whole place felt off, dirty and unfriendly. Other locations are fine.
