Ordered a baconater combo. Got my food outside and checked the burger which was a single pattie, one slice of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. Took it back inside and told them it was a cheeseburger with bacon. The manager told me no it was the single baconater but from googling the baconator pics what I received and paid for was definitely not a baconator sandwich. I think maybe the managers should know the menu for quality control!?
Constantly screws up orders. I ordered a asiago crispy chicken burger & received a baconater. Such bs!

I'd love to enjoy my food served by nice staff, and enjoy feeding my son with my fiance, but I am constantly bombarded by a countless fleet of flies. It's distracting, disgusting, and the staff member I asked about it seems careless about the topic. Can't fathom why management thinks this is the least bit acceptable. Disgusting.
At 8:05pm with about 5 kids back there chatting and laughing. Are you kidding me? Wendy's website and Google said they were open until 10pm.
Would give 0 stars if I could. If your a truck driver don't bother eating here. No compassion for the people who live on the road delivering their food and supplies. Refused to serve takeout to a truck driver and was told to go through the drive through.

We Get Treated Very Well By The Staff In The Drive Through That Are Very Kind, Thoughtful & Committed To Great Customer Service & Always Give A Great Warm Smile. They Are Family In A Way We All Know Each Others First Names & We Have Friendly Interactions. Much Respect For The Staff Here!
Had what was supposed to be chili last evening never again I've had bad food in there before but thot 1 last try BUT I AM SO DONE NOW .. good thing I'm close to the house today.. you all know what I mean wish I could give - 5 stars
