Haven't had kfc in a few years, had a gift card so thought I'd surprise my family with dinner, the food was terribly made and tasteless, gave us all a sore stomach, would not recommend to anyone! Worst poutine I've ever had
Construction or something going on during meal ruined the atmosphere for sure but besides that the food was great and the counter lady brought our food to our table cause it wasn't too busy which was a nice thing to do. I had a chicken burger box with a thigh and then added on cookies and brownie they sucked absolutely terrible dessert options but I was just trying to spend my full meal voucher. Added a poutine and side of the tatersalad both were delish would go again. Wish I could get tacos to round out that 25 but whatcha gonna do. Man were those cookies awful I can't believe they even sell them. So gross. Like a chips ahoy that fell behind a washing machine for three years or something. Bizarre.
Wow didn't believe the reviews should have rude staff couldn't order what I wanted because half hr to close tried telling me chicken would be 40 min then someone from the back yelled chicken 6 min staff were dropping the f- bomb while talking .whoever owns this should be ashamed hire some decent staff keep your hrs to 10 not 8... by the way I hope you go bancrupt
Absolutely disgusting. Every time I order from this establishment, I receive watered down, nearly expired, soggy garbage. You can TASTE how little the friers are cleaned, and the chicken is a disappointing combination of wet flour, without any of KFC's signature spices. I truly hope KFC's head company personal gets to see this, and hopefully investigate how one of their businesses could be so unfortunate.

Horrible customer service from not only their manager but employees working! Not only did they get my order wrong 3 times but were ignorant about it! Maybe their employees should take a course on customer service, just saying! Manager wouldn't help the situation, wouldn't give her name and threw a fit like a toddler!
How in the world can a franchisee get away with always charging full price regardless of deals offered for the rest of the locations? Regardless, we went ahead with our order only to be treated badly too! Disappointing...
The worst excuse for a restaurant! Who closes a fast food restaurant, the only one of its kind at 7:30pm on a Friday!!???????? Don’t tell me you can’t find employees either! If you treat people like people it’s not hard to do! Bad attitudes and poor excuse for a business!
12 minutes to make 5 spicy chicken tenderness, I was the only one in drive through...and at the 12 minute mark I asked for money back so it probably would have even been longer . There were 4 people working, the asshat that took my order looked like he forgets things a lot
