They have gone down hill and serve very old burgers and chicken every time I try the dixon location out. When your paying $10 for a burger at 4pm and the burger is so dry it taste like it was from the 2pm you might want to ask for a fresh patty if you plan on going.
Food was really good, came out really quickly. Employees, especially the cashier whose name I cannot remember, we're extremely nice, even going as far as to ask if I needed help with my trays. The lobby was extremely clean. I will definitely be going back there anytime I am in town.Food: 5/5
Things seem to have gone sideways at the Dixon location. Went HOURS before close. The condiments station had absolutely nothing in it. No napkins, no condiments. I could understand that 15 minutes before close. But, it was 3 and a half hours before posted closing time. They acted upset that we were there. Guy tossed our burgers on the tray and grumbled that the fries would take a few more minutes. Got one of our drinks wrong. Ordered Root Beer, got Dr. Pepper. Ordered a pretzel bun on one burger and it was smashed and wet. Both burgers had patties that were old and luke-warm. Chicken nuggets were legitimately cold. We just threw them out. The fries were okay because they were forced to drop some and they were fresh. But, otherwise it felt like a complete waste of money. Think twice before visiting this location.
Disappointed with my meal... Certainly was not made fresh and the bun was rather stale. The pop machine didn't have Sprite or cherry coke working and the restaurant is pretty run down... There are big tears on some of the booths. Staff was very friendly and pleasant otherwise this would have been two stars.
The employees at this store are definitely in need of some training. The drive-thru always takes forever and since there is no one going into the store you would think they would be able to focus on the drive-thru. We went through today and as always service was slow and staff was anything but friendly. I ordered a chili got home and found it to be lacking, it was 1/2 full, thick and pasty with not one bit of meat in it, before I threw it away I called in to question if they changed the recipe and was no they hadn't so i explained why I asked and all she says was oh ok I will have to check into it.
Went to the drive-thru for lunch. Tried to order apple pecan salad with chicken on the side. Sorry, "our supplier has a lettuce problem - no salads." Tried to order baked potatoes. Sorry, "our oven is broken." Well, that's all we can order as vegetarians. So left without any lunch. We won't be back. Zero stars on food. Two stars overall because the customer service person was very helpful.
My daughter and her father ate here both after two or so hours got food poisoning around the same time due to there food.
The Jr bacon cheeseburger was tasty. My grandson asked fir ketchup packets 3 times to make sure he received them. I forgot to check the bag, and when we got home, there weren't any packets.
Stopped in n for a quick bite before work. Hot fresh and delicious as always with the burger. Plus they had the new Peppermint Frosty oooohh what a cool way to top off the meal.Food: 5/5
Went to the Dixon Wendy's today. They were out of all pop, which is okay. Ordered a 5 for 5 and it came out to $5.95. When I asked the lady at the window with the tattoo lines on her hands why a $5 meal was $5.95 she rudely said "Bro the economy is up is why.". Later I did figure out by the receipt they charge an extra $.50 for lemonade even though they were out of soda. The food seemed dry and old like it was a couple hours old. Not a good experience.
