Our order was not up to par. The item we order was not available so we were substituted with out that being known. We returned and they did replace our food with what they had comparable to our order and gave us free cake. That was not need as we just wanted the chicken but a nice gesture nonetheless.Food: 4/5
Seemed like there was only one person working here at the time, didn't see anyone else. She was doing it all & doing a great job! She needs a raise! Food was great, love the chicken tenders! Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly & family style options on the menu.
We ordered the new cheetos chicken sandwich, we were surprised at how good it was we had the 2 piece chicken meal, chicken strip meal, the potpie meal and the cinnabon biscuits. It took a pretty long time to get our food which is why i gave the 4 stars instead of 5. The food was good and the girl behind the counter was very kind and helpful. The store was clean and welcoming.
Order a three peice they charge me for a 4 peice then only get 2 small drumsticks with 2 smaller wings . So sad people don't know how to do there jobs anymore . So disipointed!! Will not go back.
Was missing the mashed potatoes from a 60 dollar order ...called to say when i got home that they were not in the bags ...the woman asked if id dropped them in the parking lot or something ...i was given 2 bags both made it home upright and intact ...when i said as much i was HARRANGUED about disrespect and how DARE i question her ...i hung up after a few minutes of this ...WAS going to drive the 40 minutes BACK to the store to get the potatoes ...but god only KNOWS what will be in them ...so never doin kfc again Parking: WEEDS all over the lot
My family ordered an 8 piece meal from here tonight and received what looked like food grabbed straight out of the trash. On top of that, the order took so long that we had to pull out of the drive through and wait inside. Absolute disgrace. Horrible service, horrible food. It went back to the trash where it belongs. Avoid at all costs.
Took my kids there and it's disgusting the food were reburns that were cooked in oil that must have been sitting for awhile, when you walk in your feet are glued to the floor from it being extremely sticky and it's not just this time it has happened numerous of times. They have jacked the prices twice as for what you get and when you do get it it's extremely cold and disgusting do better and you wonder why you don't get enough business everyone is better off at McDonald's.
I am really torn with this review. First the people working were great. Very polite and helpful. I was a little surprised that the $5 breast fill-up box was almost $10 now. But I wAs willing to pay it because that was what I was hungry for. Now the horrible part....the food. The biscuit was so hard it crumbled in my hand, the breast was so over cooked and it was only a half a breast. And the creamy coleslaw was so dry it was like it didn't have any dressing on it at all. In my opinion this is a meal that never have been sent out to a customer. So disappointed for what I had to pay.
Our chicken was burned, dry and tough. It tasted like it had set under a warmer for a long time. Awful, we didn't eat it. Threw it away. Won't go back!!!
This food is the worst!... the biscuit was as hard as a rock.. chicken cold and dried out!.. and employees are just rude!!. I will not he eating there again!
