The sandwiches tasted great. But they need to pay attention to what is ordered. We marked for the Blt to be cut in half, it wasn't. My turkey on wheat is supposed to cut in half, it wasn't. That was weird. The pickle was supposed to be quartered, it was whole. We did get our 2 napkins though! The delivery guy was very nice. It is those little things that makes me want to choose your restaurant.

The food is fantastic!!!! The delivery is not so great it took an hour to get my food. My order was over looked just need to be better with orders

I worked here for 4 years and I've been gone for almost 2. The owner is an amazing man. He teaches you more than just work related things, he teaches you valuable life lessons as well. The GM is very compassionate and helpful. I know they've had quite a few rough patches since COVID hit, but they're still trying their best to make it work. JJ's still hits the spot even after eating it frequently for 6 years.
Usually very good. But I will never understand why they charge for cheese. It should just be included on all sandwiches!! If someone doesn't want cheese they can say NO cheese please. I mean after all, we do pay enough for the sandwich as it is.
Foods good from this location but the last time I ordered from there and had it delivered was not so good. The paper bag with my sandwich in it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke I kinda lost my appetite. I threw the bag away and said whatever, doesn't hurt the sandwich I guess. But then I kept smelling it, and realized the smoke smell was literally on the paper drink cup too. They need to tell their delivery drivers that smoking isn't allowed while they got peoples food in the car. Or maybe have their delivery drivers put the food in like a bag kind of like other delivery restaurants do.. Just nasty.
I am a super fan of Jimmy John’s however, very disappointed in my last two deliveries. Two weeks in a row, food was delivered smelling of cigarette smoke. The bag, wrapping of sandwiches, and paper cups—all reeked of smoke. After the first delivery, manager was very apologetic & sent new food. After the second occurrence, staff/manager seemed very annoyed with us & demanded the old food back. Delivery drivers should not be allowed to smoke while delivering food!! People don’t find food that smells of smoke appetizing, especially if you don’t smoke at all.
Awesome sandwiches I'm not sure what mayo is used but it goes so well with the shredded lettuce also tried the goliath and I could only eat a quarter at a time but was the best sandwich I've had from a fast food restaurant keep up the great sandwiches
