Honest Review: Lets start with the Fries, nice and crispy golden with good flavor maybe a pinch less salt but it was great. Beverage was great fresh not watery like most places. And now for the main item the BURGER i got the BACONATORR, Taste was delicious you taste everything in every bite you take will highly recommend this to anyone, Baconator combo SM only $10 cant beat that for a good lunch.
Very disappointed in this location. We ordered 2 orders of the biggie bag. First both sandwiches buns were harder to chew than the bacon on them. The fries old and stale. The nuggets had 2 spicy and 2 regular in one bag. What is going on here? Corporate needs to get involved.
Horrible place and people Abbey one of the managers need to fired. I called to let them know that it was hair in my burger and asked if they wear hair nets and she hung up on me and said the phone dropped the call now all of a sudden Wendy’s have cell phones them are the only phones that can drop a call and trust I have good service so it wasn’t mines. I stopped eating at Wendy’s years ago because they sold me a molded croissant breakfast sandwich which made me very sick hospital sick and that was at the Grandville MI location and when I went to return it and let them know they had an attitude because they purposely sold me the sandwich they seen the mold in the inside of the croissant they had to open it in order to build the sandwich correct and when the cook came from the back to the drive up window his hands was so dirty like they have not been washed in years.
I thought we were going to have a Jerry Springer scene with the manager and a couple employees but all went ok. Besides coming out yelling at your staff with customers standing at the counter. Hope all is well Food was hot Fries were great and actually gave us full servings
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Tonight the police got called because this Wendy’s was very unprofessional. They messed my order up the first time and told me to come back to get it fixed. So I go back and they give me old food and don’t even give the sauce when we ordered 4 different orders of chicken nuggets. Fries were stale and old.. I also seen a worker put his bare hand into the ice where the soda machine is to give himself ice in his personal cup. No gloves, no scooper or cup. Just bare hands. So unsanitary. I was told they weren’t going to replace my food or give me my money back. Luckily the officer who came out went through the same experience on Sunday night. So he knew I wasn’t kidding. The night staff lies to customers and tell them they are sold out of stuff because they are too lazy to make it. Like the bake potatoes the officer and I requested. When I talked to the GM, she advised me they were fully stocked. That they shouldn’t be out of anything. The way I was screamed at, laughed at and mocked tonight was just as disgusting as their food. Someone needs to get this location under control because Wendy’s is one of my kids favorite “treat” foods. Well that was until today. They told me it was disgusting and hard. Due to this wasteful experience. I don’t advise anyone to eat here until it’s under control, sanitary and the food is kept at the proper temperatures. I will also be calling the health department in Ottawa county because I can see the grime. YIKES! It took for me to have the officer block off the drive thru and request my money back just to get where I started Monday night. Kids had to wait an additional hour for dinner and this messed up our night. INCOMPETENT IS RIGHT!
I have been sick for two days. About an hour after eating your chicken nuggets and a small chocolate frosty. The chicken nuggets were spicy and I don't do spicy at all. I'll never order the chicken nuggets again or a frosty. I hate the fact I can only get chocolate, I'd rather have vanilla Frosty! But because you have the specialties, like strawberry or mint right now. I don't care for any of them but vanilla. It's going to be a while before I go back to Wendy's.
I’m not sure if the company is aware of how things are ran here but they do one care at a time. Meaning they take the order, bag up the person and let them pull off before they take the next person order. The line is always long, the food is not always fresh and the wait time is terrible.
Went in with no expectations, left disappointed anyway. Not one to complain. They charged me extra for God knows what when all I ordered was a single 4 for $4. Just don't go here.Service: 1/5
We ordered delivery and 90% of the order was wrong. Our drinks were wrong, one of our burgers was wrong and we were missing 2 fries and nuggets. So now we still have to figure out dinner for our kids and pack for the long weekend.
This is hands down the worst Wendy’s in West Michigan! We do not go there often and even less lately because they are so horrible and their inept management and staff cannot seem to get any orders correct.
