The wait time inside was out of control it took over 25min for 3 hard shell tacos and cinnamon twist not deluxe or a special order of tacos the drive thru lane was long as well no excuse for the long wait plenty of staff there just had no sense of Urgency. Food was good skimpy on the cheeses.
45 minutes, stuck in line due to prepaid order. They had already made it. Ice old food I could turn pinto and cheese upside down. Over 15 minutes a car, and the icing on the cake, some dude come waltzing out to put up this sign. They had enough time to print it, instead of making an order. The site tells you to apply for a job at taco bell. We would have requested money back but at that point...You're the next car to get food Custom made stuff was awful, literally beans no condiments stuffed a wrap. Oh and when we finally got to the order thing to say for pick up they asked if everything on screen was correct.....uh I don't know you taped a piece of paper over it.
Ordered through uber eats so not eligible for a refund even though they put nothing but lettuce in the wrappers of burritos and tacos no meat, cheese, sauce, taco shells or other ingredients. Also got an empty side dish supposed to be cinnabons. When I called taco bell they asked me what I'm going to do about it and told me to contact uber eats. I will never eat at this location again. I wasted $35 on a bag of shredded lettuce.
The person was quick to take my order. They got the order correct. I ordered 1 chicken burrito and waited 12 minutes at the drive thru window. It tasted good.....just not sure why it took so long.Food: 4/5
Unfortunately, this location has made our order incorrect, and left items missing from our order on 3 occasions. I understand being short staffed, but, when I have ordered on the app, and the employee reads it back at the drive thru, and I can see it on the screen, and it's still wrong, there's a problem. I certainly hope this improvesFood: 4/5
The cashier was friendly correctly typed in my order of chalupa combo with beef instead of chicken and an extra taco how ever I get home it’s chicken. Very disappointing it doesn’t sound like your employees read the full order. It’s not the first time it’s happened.
GM is polite and solved an issue my husband and i had had. Went back for replacement meal. Everything was great and guest service was much better. Why 4 stars? They again forgot our jalapeños on our spicy steak burritos.
Night shift is a joke, never have the correct order, had to ask for the remainder of my change cause the male working the window shorted me, the food was horrible, the bag of chips for my nachos was half full. After the 20 min wait at the window. It's not staff shortage. It's legit workers goofing off yelling and not doing their job, no management to overview orders and your workers.
Rude person over the speaker. Tried to order no tomatoes extra cheese but he kept interrupting to ask what drink I wanted. My son likes tacos with no beef... I know it's weird but the need to ask a few times if I said no beef is unnecessary. Mexican pizza was a broken up mess with just a little beans.. no meat on it. Worst taco bell
The staff cannot get your order right to save their lives. They are lazy and do not care if you want called bad food then go here.
