Friendly staff and fast service! Our family loves the unlimited dinner rolls. They are always so good. The portions are good and the price isn’t too bad either. We will definitely be coming back to this Fazoli’s again.
My wife and I have not been here in 10 years. Food used to be great. The ultimate sampler was a major disaster. The red sauce tasted as if it had freezer burn. The Alfredo was delicious I must say. Pizza slices tasted like reheated microwavable pizza. For the price, it's not worth it. We definitely will not be coming back in the future.
Best place to bring your Kids!! My two young boys get rewarded every Friday when they have a good week at school. Mom takes them to Dine in @ the Fazoli's in Jenison. They LOVE IT! & I LOVE IT TOO With the lunch special all 3 of us can eat for under $8.00 Kid-friendliness: Fazoli's is my kids FAVORITE place to dine in!
Whoever owns this restaurant really need to do a renovation. From the leaking roof with a hole in it to the molding cabinet and windows that are dirty, this place looks unsanitary. The pop machine is broken and all of the pop was flat, I’ve tried everything that was available and none of the pop selections were good. Service is slow, but they are friendly.
If i could give no stars i would. spent 35.00 on horrible food. the ceaser salad was pathetic. the pasta was soggy and so was the broccoli. they totally forgot 1 item i ordered so i had to drive back to get it. never will go there again and pray we dont get food poisoning. Stay away
Food was OK. Wasn’t the cleanest location. Parking lot had man eating pot holes. Need to step up your game as a corporate owned location.
Like most places after Covid it is struggling to find good help. It has always been a favorite place to get quick Italian food. Asked 2 different workers for bread sticks which they didn't bring out with our meal before finally getting up and asking for some at the counter they had plenty. Hoping they get some good help soon as it is a favorite otherwise.
I am honestly astounded at how dirty this restaurant is. The tables, the walls, the doors, the bathrooms, the garbage can, the napkin holders. Everything is covered in grime. Silverware was clean, and food was decent, but verrrrrrry greasy. Staff did a great job. Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly establishment, but very dirty.

Worst Fazoli location ever....I would give zero stars if I could. Waited 45 minutes for a dine in order. Never came. Son inquired at counter with receipt...order had been sitting with half order missing employees had been grabbing to fill other orders per cashier....5 minutes later server brought the 2 drinks and 2 cold entrees missing half order. I said this isn't even our whole order...she replied I know I don't know what happened to it. I indicated I wanted to just have my card refunded and we.would leave and go elsewhere 5 hour drive home and now wasted an hour no dinner and numerous pple had seated themselves and been served orders after us...she asked if I'd like a manager I said yes to get a refund. 15 min later no manager. Went and stood in line while cashier helped 4 more orders...as we waited another family came up for manager as well to be refunded for a pizza that was not received and they had been waiting 40.minutes while half their order was immediately received. I had to ask the kid bussing tables for a manager. I said I'd like a refund we've waited over an hour now. She was rude. Didn't offer any apology. Or to make our order right or fresh...just here I canceled the payment on your card. Don't bother to go spend your time and $$ here.
