Nice Wendy’s here. Good staff that’s friendly and moved quickly through a busy lunch rush. The place is fairly large inside and pretty clean throughout. Good place!
Less than pleasant staff and my order was wrong. The inside was closed, assuming it's due to lack of staff. I get that and can empathize. The service industry is struggling. Here's the issue, after going through the drive through I realized I was missing part of my order. The line was crazy after I pulled forward and checked the bag, no way I could wait through that again. My food would be cold and it would likely have been another 20+ minutes. Poor judgement on my part as I did not get a receipt, so I had no way to follow up with management. Lesson learned on my end, but there's some ownership on their end as well.
Food was good, but my credit card coincidentally had multiple fraud charges on it after using it at this Wendy's. It was early in the day and not busy, and the lady returned my card along with the food a couple of minutes later. I had never used the card online, but only for fast food purchases. Highly suspicious.
Went there against my better judgement to get a gift card. I don't eat at Wendy's any more because customer service has been awful the last times I have gone even gave a chance to multiple locations because some of their food is decent, but my brother really likes a new sandwich they have. I was looked at by 2 or 3 employees before being "greeted" if you can call it that as per the ushe at Wendy's. Paid cash for a gift card. I was handed change $20 light which, to be fair, was corrected once I pointed it out. The transaction seemed sketchy, so I checked the card when I got to my car yes, I was about to give my brother a card with the pin exposed. Glad I did because surprise, surprise, it appears it was not activated. I called the Customer Service number but was sent to a message stating it is outside their hours and I would have to call back. It is freezing outside, and I don't want to waste any more time over $20, so I am just taking the L and the lesson and won't return. I just went up the street to Culver's and now my brother is getting $10 more on his gift card at Culver's than he would have had on the one from Wendy's.
Ordered an egg croissant sandwich no meat. Pull off get to work bit into my sandwich 2 strips of bacon. Instantly regret going. Been a vegetarian for 4 years I was sick.
Tried to get drive-thru here on a Sunday at 5:30 PM. All the dining room lights were off when we pulled up, but we could see three employees inside and the drive-thru menus were on. No one answered at the speaker, and when we drove away, the employees just stared at us as we left. Clearly no interest in taking our business.Service: 1/5
The cashier Daquin was extremely polite and personable which was surprising and very pleasant. I rarely write reviews, but I do believe that great customer service should be recognized and rewarded.
This was by far my first worst experience with Wendy's I was headed out of town with my grandchildren and daughter for her birthday weekend and I ordered three Biggie Bags and one four for four and the sandwiches we're poorly made and sloppy their were even cold to taste the chicken nuggets were hard cold and shribbled and the French fries were not fresh and we're burnt to taste I eat four four four regularly on the north side and theirs are fresh this was a Terrible experience the Supervisor Monica immediately addressed the situation but this ruined our lunch the food was poorly made and at an improper temperature her response was a lunch rush but theirs no way and no excuse for this cold food! One ice cream with a top one with out a top just a Terrible experience anything could have got into my ice cream from passing their long line inside the lobby to exiting the building terrible never again !
Baked potato was fresh. The young boy in drive thru seemed like he didn't know the menu and needed help placing my order. There was a small wait time and their card reader was down so I had to pay cash
Went to the Wendy’s on 124th by Lowe’s. Ordered a baked potato and ate half of it before noticing something odd on the bottom of the tray. After poking at it, I realized it had legs and a antenna! Looked like it was cooked in there somehow...Never going to a Wendy’s ever again.
