I HATE to give a review for fast food…BUT it’s too good NOT too. These new chicken sandwiches R totally awesome and WHAT A DEAL! Chicken sandwich and a FREE Whopper for $4.23?! How can U passed it up? I ordered a spicy chicken and of course my favorite of all time, the Whopper. Can’t eat them both in one sitting so nuking later the whopper for 10-15 second just to warm it up…YUMMY! My only complaint…it was a tad slow. It was busy during their lunch period…but it’s why they called it fast food right? Besides I ordered online and expected to fly through the drive up window. NOPE…there were like 6-7 cars at least in front of me. So I went inside…only one customer in front of me, and still took longer than I would like. BUT…as long as the food is this good…I’ll put up of the minor inconvenience. Thumbs up Burger King !
Last time I came here was in 2019 and they improved the store but they need to improve more. The fountain drinks were not right and had too little syrup. Coke was the worst. The large fries is the same as a small was years ago. The bacon king was good but I ordered a bacon double CB on the side and it came with no bacon. I won't be back considering it was $16 for this and other fast food places can do better for that amount.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two orders of the five-piece French toast sticks. The people were friendly and the service was fairly quick. The issue that I have is the quality of the French toast sticks that I got. If you look at the attached photo you'll see what I was served. Completely unedible! I used the receipt and contacted corporate and asked that somebody reach out and nobody has. Terrible terrible customer service by corporate!
They definitely need to be more fresh ordered whopper but bread was hard try tell the lady running her mouth like she was a manager played like she didn't here me luckily lady who was in lobby changed it out it still didn't taste fresh to me this place definitely need new cooks and fresh toppings I feel like they sandwich makers don't care if its fresh or not will not be back again!!!
Stop at this Burger King. Informed the cashier that their American Flag was flying loose and if they could inform the manager to have it corrected. 25 min later nothing had been done, even though the store had very few customers. I then asked to speak to the manager to which he replied that no one told him. After visiting the Target store I noticed there manager returning back to the store with a ladder, but the flag had not been fixed. At this point I offered to help because I thought he might had been getting a taller ladder. He said no. I then went to another Target. After approximately an hour I I drive past this Target to see that the flag issue still had not been resolved. After seeing this I called customer service. After 30, no one has returned to fix the flag even though the store is slow with few customers.
The employees here are extremely rude & no one wears a uniform. The attitude from the drive thru speaker is mind blowing.Food: 3/5
I'm waiting 20 mins at drive thru window while cashier is texting and eating Ice cream then they got order wrong
**BEWARE OF THIS BURGER KING** I pull up to the speaker at the Burger King Drive-Thru at 10:19 p.m. the store closes according to Google at 11 p.m. . I wait at the drive-thru speaker for around 10 minutes waiting for a response, seeing as the store hours that are posted, I had to assume they were still open. I then pull around 2 the delivery window. And see a gentleman mopping the floor. I try flagging him down to come to the window, he was extremely hesitant made me wait another three or four minutes until he finally came. First thing out of his mouth was were closed and attempted to close the drive-through window. And I explained to him that the posted hours say that they are open until 11 p.m. and at that time it is around 10:30 he then proceeds to tell me that it is normal procedure to close down all food service around 10 to 10:15 p.m., so the employees can clean the restaurant and count the money. I asked to speak to the manager that's on duty, I wait another 5 minutes and she finally comes to the window. First things out of her mouth were we are closed. I then proceeded to ask why the serving hours are posted on the building and on google that they are open until 11pm. She then says that they closed down early tonight because they were understaffed, which completely contradicted what the first employee had told me. Not only was I lied to, I was disrespected by the vulgar terms that these two employees were using in conversation. If this is how this location of Burger King allows their employees to act, Burger King should strip the franchise from the owner of this Burger King. They acted without any regard to the brand that they are representing. I asked for the manager's name, she told me "I don't have to give you my name, because it's my name" I feel that this is the absolute worst service I've ever had at ANY fast food restaurant in my life. Furthermore I had specifically drove to this Burger King because the posted hours are until 11 p.m. without a doubt I will never be coming to this Burger King ever again and I will be telling everybody I know to never come to this Burger King. Fortunately I did get a picture of the manager and the employee that I had this problem with. I would greatly appreciate it upper management contacted me about this. You cannot operate restaurant with such worthless and disrespectful employees that don't even want to do their job. They forever tarnished the Burger King name in my mind. Next time I have the choice between Burger Kind and another fast food chain, I will definitely be eating at the other one.
Went here yesterday and waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The worker was nice but the fries were cold , my chicken sandwich was good but I ordered a double cheeseburger and the top bun was missing part of the bun. I hope it's not rodent related but coming from experience working in restaurants it may be. The bun was also hard and the burger was cold. I just threw it in the garbage. I tried to call and complain and make them aware of what was being served but guess what, you guessed it , they only have a 800 number that only let you leave a message. This place has recently been giving bad food and service this year and this was definitely my last straw. I would rather eat that greasy food from McDonald's nextdoor than here. At least their faster and the food is half decent. This what I experienced yesterday is unacceptable for food service. The person who wrapped my food up after seeing half a bun gone has no care what they serve and that worries me. Eat here at your own risk but I will never again and don't recommend any one else to
The tacos where disgusting lettuce was bad and the shell was overcooked the meat didn't even look recognizable. What ever sauce was on it was gross, if I could I would of gave them a zero.
