I usually attend the drive-through at this location. I have also used dine in. My kids love dipping their fries in frostys. 50% of the time, there's a bad experience between staffing issues and difficult orders. I do admit my order is more difficult than others. I just haven't found the taste and quality that Wendy's used to have: I try to see the more positive things, and you still can't beat the frosty.
They offer coupons but then charge more then the coupon. Example 2 can dine for $13.99 comes to $15.79 with tax, but their charging $16.50 apoarently their cash registers cannot count. And when asked they just reply thats the price, when it is not. Might not seem like alot of money but it does not make it right. I no longer go there. Used to go every other day. Seems many places these days like to charge a different price then advertised hoping customers won't notice. I will stick to restaurants and shops that are honest and not overcharging.
Nailed it! Visited on a Friday afternoon, and arrived quite hungry. Proceeded to order a Dave's Triple with cheese and bacon from a very friendly staff. They were helpful and took my order with a smile. Moments later received a hot and very deliciously perfect burger with a diet Cola to drink. And I must say, wow! Probably the best Wendy's I've had. Big two thumbs up the the management and team at this Wendy's. I most certainly will be back!

Went into Wendy’s at 7:11pm only to find out that it was only open for drive through even though they advertise on google they’re open until 11pm and, 12am for drive through. This really sucked please do better. It wasn’t even busy at all.

I had a issue about a month ago that left me not really wanting to return, it was the first time in years if attending the Timmins location that I ever had an issue with the service, I went through the steps of leaving feedback through the online form on the website and hadn’t received a response. Decided to give the restaurant another shot about a month later and again faced another issue with the same staff as previously. This time I called the issue directly to inquire about how this issue could be handled and I spoke with Joanne she was helpful and attentive and reassured me that she would communicate with her staff about the importance of the issue as well as properly preparing the menu items. I would was skeptical about attending this location again after the first issue even though I’ve been a longtime customer for years and today I was concerned again but gave it a shot, todays issue was lesser than the initial issues but still frustrating. I decided to call the restaurant and I am very pleased with the customer service I received upon talking to Joanne I am very happy that she is attending to the issue and no longer feel skeptical about attending this location in the future as I now know that I can reach a knowledgeable attentive staff person if there is any concern or issue with service in the future.
Haven't been in to dine in a couple of years for obvious reasons, and the food is always good and hot through the drive-thru, but sometimes it takes a while to get through the lineup. The turnaround time between payment and receiving food is usually quick.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 combos for my employee and myself, they charged me everything separately. I returned back after 30 minutes and I said what happened. Cashier said I'm sorry! I said it's okay. Now give me one more combo for my daughter. They put everything in the paper bag. But when I came back home my daughter said where is my french fries??!! They did 2 mistakes in 20 minutes!!! I would say these happens by purpose. They can make a good money whith these mistakes.... I never go there again.
