I don't know why KFC doesn't appeal to me. This location was no different. Coleslaw was the worst. Famous chicken burger is less than avg and I won't crave for it as I don't want to remember the taste. Chicken Popcorn and cookie was the best thing in the whol box.
Placed order via app app works when it feels like it but you get better deals, however when I went to get the order I noticed the very same meal special was $2 cheaper at the store. When I asked if I could be refunded the difference, the staff member said there was no way to reimburse an online order, I would have to call the online number given. Umm the number given online was for the Timmins store so there is 0 way to contact the online ordering system. Staff is polite and do a good job, but if you are going to offer the exact identical meal deal it should have the same price online or in store. I suspect when and if Popeyes ever opens they have been building it for what feels like eternity KFC will likely lose too much business to remain open. I still recommend KFC though its still tasty and the staff are nice.
Our chicken was under cooked and it was so greasy that the greas was literally dripping off of the chicken. And it was literally peaces of fat that was covered is bread crums and than deep fried even our dessert we ordered was the smores brownies and it was all butter.... The only thing we could eat was the fries and grave and the Biscuits.... I paid over $60.00 and we could only eat the fries and Biscuits..... Save your money and stay away from them
Found drive through closed so tried to walk in but the restaurant itself was also closed at 6pm on a Tuesday night! I rarely get chicken from KFC anymore due to the pathetically small portions and horrible value for the money and the one time in ages I try to give them another chance they blow it!
I ordered 18 piece chicken yesterday morning it was so quick and they gave me very tasty Chicken the cook was experienced and he made the chicken very well. The tall indian guy the cook he is the best cook in kfc.Food: 5/5
Went to order KFC Today, and found out it is now Cash Only! Unless you order through their app or skip! And both Skip & Door Dash ALWAYS drops my food off at the front house and those people steal my order! cause the drivers cant follow instructions! Therefore... Im sorry KFC but you have lost our business!
This place does not honour the KFC promotions. Toonie Tuesday deal was told it was only online then I said OK I’ll order on my phone and go through the drive through. Then was told their system was down and could not offer the deal at their location. Refused to give me the deal in store. Would not normally write a review but this is the third time a good promotional deal was not honoured at this location. The owners don’t want anything to do with specials and act begrudgingly when you show them an app deal with your phone. Also when did they start cutting a piece of chicken in two and call it two pieces??? Won’t be returning
KFC has gone way down hill over the years. Their chicken pieces are about half the size that they use to be, very greasy and does not taste like the original kfc but the price seems to keep going up. For myself this last visit was the very last time I eat from kfc.Food: 1/5
The KFC in Timmins is starting to go downhill. Between the food, presentation and packaging and even just being open. On more than one occasion now the store is closed with no notice. Delivery, pick up, everything. Your call rings forever with no answer. The food packaging has been very sloppy, thrown in the boxes, not even portioned properly. The items have been put into bags without consideration either, I was taking my items out of the bag when I got home and the gravy was put in the bag sideways to fit between two boxes, however I didn't know this because it was wrapped itself in a paper bag. This didn't protect it from anything though, because when I grabbed the bag to pull it out the gravy of course popped open and I got burning hot gravy all down my arm. When I left an email about the situation was I was offered one free sandwich on my next order, but no actual coupon or even asking my name, number, just said to mention it next time I come in. That leads me to believe this happens often. It's also a shame that the recipes have been changed so much, to no fault of the Timmins location, but KFC gravy, fries, chicken, coleslaw, etc have all changed for the worst. Flavorless.
