Originally I started with a mobile order. When the DoorDash arrived it wasn’t what I ordered, tried calling but the message said they were buys try again. So I drove over to find the doors locked so I went thru the window. The long hair gentleman assisted me and yelled out instructions to remake my $53.00 order. I then noticed an employee sitting on a work station making sure her phone was still working, another employee standing drinking a drink talking to her and a few others looking lost and confused on why they were even there. I will say the 1 person who assisted did a great job at fixing the mistakes, the rest need better training or even a job somewhere else. Please Note: if you want to make better money at any job you work at, show the owner and customers that you deserve it not cause you remembered how to get dress and breathe. Do better than asked and for God sakes, learn and understand the flipping instructions. Kid-friendliness: Gentleman wearing black with black hair. Was kind enough to listen and address
Beware! Employees selling credit card information, or using skimmers. Within an hour after eating here we had several charges that were tried on our card from 4 different states. Luckily we have card guard and shut our cards off after every purchase we make so no charges went through.
Tried to order using coupons. Everything got messed up. Instead of changing the order, I was forced to keep it as is with only partial monetary compensation. I was using the free with any purchase coupon for the loaded fries. It ended up being subbed for one of the regular fries I already had on order with an upgrade charge added. I understand everyone has bad nights, but you need to own up to your mistakes. Not going to this location anymore.
Ok, I hate reviews like this but seriously something has to change! This location forgets something every single time. Yes, you’d think I’d learn to avoid this wendys but this place is so convenient. Except it’s not, because without fail I have to come back to the restaurant every single time. Generally they’re kind about it but come on! Every time?! Also, it’s 8:22pm on a Thursday and the lobby door is locked without any posted sign explaining why. This locations hours are posted and they’re supposed to be open until 10pm. Tried calling and the number on Google gets sent to a voicemail box. My food is now cold while I wait in line AGAIN to have them correct my order.
My wife ordered the Taco Salad. After receiving our order we quickly realized that the salad she ordered was a Caesar Salad. After rousing the staff from their congregation in the office in the back, I informed the young man at the counter we received a Caesar Salad. He said, "No, the sticker says it's a Taco Salad". I pointed at the pile of parmesan cheese and said, " but this is parmesan for a Caesar". He kept looking at me blankly and said, " Yeah but the sticker says Taco Salad". I gave up and didn't challenge him any further on his unwavering sticker faith. I won't say don't go to this Wendy's, but be advised, the Staff was obviously been taught the sticker is always right.
A manager told me that my sandwich when I asked for a hamburger build on a double stack was incorrect. This is absolutely a lie I worked at Wendy's I should be able to get lettuce tomatoes everything that is on the single as a hamburger but the bigger patties and bun I just wanted my vegetables and the sauce what the hamburger build is every other location except for this one put on to a double stack sandwich. Maybe you should appease the customer instead of just saying I was wrong cuz they wouldn't have cost you anything but now it cost you a good review. It was a $5 order I didn't ask for their first born I just wanted the sandwiches made like I've always liked them that is a hamburger build.
Worst Wendy's ever! They gave me Fries that were cold that you could tell had been sitting out to long. The chicken sandwich was burnt. Do they even have to cook the chicken enough to burn it.
Food was cold but service was awesome . Almost took up another star just for that . BUT FOOD NEEDS WORK. JSFood: 3/5
Fav Wendys to go too...most of the time the food is always fresh, hot, and fast. If it isnt they are awesome to make it right or give you fresh fries if you ask while ordering. They run out of baked potatoes a lot though so have to get there early if you want those. And its usually very busy but pretty fast service. The staff love kids and are always saying hi and waving etc when at the window, which is a plus for me because it involves my kids enjoying friendliness of strangers and also kindness which our world doesnt have enough of.
She said would you want a single double or triple. I said triple. Got charged 7 dollars. Eat the delicious hamburger. And like a coward left without saying anything. Also I said to stay. I did order it inside. The TV didn't work. The fireplace didn't work. Extra drinks left out that made me thirst. But I didn't order a god dam drink or would want to wait to order one.
