I recently ordered from this location through DoorDash, I initially wanted the 7 layer nacho fries, which they were out of, so they gave me a replacement of a Crunchwrap supreme, there was nothing supreme about that. It was a crunch lettuce wrap. When I order from most fast food places I don’t expect 5 star quality, however I do expect to get my money’s worth and not have rabbit food. The Clinton location is 100 times better than this one.
Been using this taco bell for years and they make mistakes from time to time. But tonight I asked for a quesadilla with no creamy jalapeno sauce. They put easily 4x the Normal amount. I don't hate the sauce and get it normal all the time but tonight wasn't feeling it and just wanted it plain. This review is simply because this was obviously intentional. I get people have bad days but I shouldn't have sauce squeezing and dripping out of the quesadilla with every bite. It was inedible and I live far enough away it's not worth bringing it back.
I ordered everything online to make the experience quick and prompt for everyone involved. They missed all of my mods on my order and then didn't give me any sauce. I drove back a few miles from my house and they were really rude when i walked into the Lobby. Sorry that I'm doing your job for you??Food: 4/5
I ordered and paid for 2 soft taco supremes. They gave me 2 soft tacos. I called and asked them to refund the overcharge and was told I'd have to come back to the restaurant to get anything. I'm from out of state. I can't go all the way back. There should be a way to fix this without having to be there in person. Total ripoff.Food: 1/5
This Christmas Eve at this Taco Bell location was a bust!! The quality control, missing items ordered, and rude personnel was the worst overall experience we have ever had with Taco Bell. Management refused to satisfy their customer when we called in minutes after receiving order, and denied to remake, and, refund due to dissatisfaction, unsat. Please, somebody provide this location some training on quality control of both food, and service, immediately. And not to allow personnel who take drive thru orders to tender, to both, cash handling and food preperation, that is simply disgusting. Food had the overall presentation of a preschooler, and none of the food was fresh, or made correctly as requested. The management on duty, personally admitted that the food was the scrapping of the barrel. The manager on duty, Jessica S., the authority in charge should have known better, then to distribute such poor quality and presentation of food, representing a known fast food chain, it’s awful. This is the first of this location, known on other occasions, as great customer service and quality of food. Food was not consumed, however food that wasn’t thrown away was photographed to capture this god awful experience. Waiting on the Taco Bell gods to help us, and help all future customers resolve this horrible experience.

My experience was less than pleasant! First I did not receive the items I ordered. Second when I called to let them know what was missing I pretty much got called a liar. Then having to drive all the way back to the restaurant and still didn't get my items. The staff was rude as heck. Not to mention I was over charged on litterly everything I ordered was over charged
not one to ever review anything but this straight up disrespectful “extra meat” would hate to see what it looked like before they put all that extra on there
i got ablack bean crunchwrap and i paid for extra black beans. i've eaten halfway through mainly tortilla, tortilla chips, and lettuce to get to the black beans. as im writing this i have finished eating and i think its safe to say they didnt give me my extra black beans yall
Just like the CJRs next door, I believe the management exploit their employees and lead poorly. This results in poor food and poor service. Each time I come here I'll see the same staff, despite the time, and the food tastes like cardboard. If the staff actually enjoyed their work and had favorable hours aka more staff then I'm sure the food would taste miles better
