Waited 10 minutes at the counter with no one else waiting, for someone to take my order. The person taking drive thru orders told me just a second 3 times before then taking another drive thru order. I finally gave up on placing a order and went across the street to mcdonald's where they were happy to take my order right away.Food: 1/5
CJ's is my go-to for a chain burger. Whether the Famous or Super Star, the Western Bacon Chee or any of the chicken sandwiches, oh, and especially the crisscut fries, I've been loving this location for over 25 years!
I came here at 4:45 on a Thursday night. There were 2 cars ahead of me waiting to have their order taken. 30 minutes later... they finally are taking my order. The staff was indifferent and seemed completely bored. There was no apology or explination for the wait. I get up to the window and get a similar treatment. So after almost 40 minutes I finally have my drinks... then another 5 minutes later they say they don't have any fríes ready and I will need to pull around and wait. I can see through the Windows that the staff seems to be moving at a snails pace as if unaware of the now 5 car line in the drive through, behind me another 5 minutes later I finally get my food. So at what's considered to be a fast food restaurant I have wanted a total of 50 minutes... i gave one more star only because the food was hot and very good otherwise this would be a one star review. Features: No social distancing or mask requirements Vegetarian options: They do have beyond burgers here and they are really good! Kid-friendliness: Not much in the way of kids friendliness it's a bares restaurant inside Parking: Los of parking share by the other eateries in the same lot Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatic but Wide enough for a wheel chair. They have ramps up to the doors Dietary restrictions: They do have the option to have it as a lettuce wrap good for gluten free or ketogenic diets as well as beyond burgués for dirty vegitarian options
Was rather disappointed recently with the Food I ordered. It was barely warm, and it seemed not so good. Management is everything to serving good.Food: 3/5
Went here to get two star burgers. Wanted one with just ketchup and cheese. One just add an onion ring and bbq sauce. They tried to charge almost 14 dollars for just the two burgers. We went somewhere else.Service: 1/5
The Famous Star is my go-to burger, always very good at this location. Friendly staff, they do a great job.
Just picked up some food for my boyfriend and the lady working the drive thru was awesome! She was very nice and the food was super fresh and tasted great!

It is a bit of a pain to enter the parking lot due to traffic especially during rush hour but if you can make it in it's a wonderful store as far as Carl's Jr's go. Clean and professional and the service is 2nd to none. Definitely a great place to grab a bite to eat.
We always come to this carl's Jr. Weve never had an issue here. Customer service is always great 1/10 = 10 Friendly 1/10 = 10 Fast service 1/10 = 8 Their not very quick but they always give you fresh food so its worth the wait i still give them 5 stars, plus they let you use various coupons in just one purchase. Which is great! at other restaurants they absolutely do not allow you to do that only 1 coupon per customer. thank you to the staff that work here you guys are great. keep up the good work and great customer service. Definitely reccomend this location.
