Great food at a great price. Super reliable. The drive-thru gets busy, but the line moves pretty quickly. Staff are great, only thing is sometimes they speak a little too quietly - it can be hard to hear them, especially through the mask. Not a big deal though!
Incorrect order
Always good just wish they'd double check the orders before handing them to you. Usually missing at least one item every other visit. But for as busy as they are it's understandable. They put thru a lot of cars non-stop.
Man in the window was emotionless and looked dead. Watched him put money in the drawer in his pocket but no one seemed to notice. Calling the owner after work to see if he is aware of this employee. Female voice taking my order was pleasant. Good food can't complain about that.
Asked for extra sauce. Was charged for extra sauce. Both sandwiches basically dry and no extra sauce in sight. Chicken tastes good at least.
Ordered online, so paid online. Had to wait my ENTIRE 30 minture lunch in drive-thru just to. Pick up an order that had been ready the whole time.
Great location, food is always hot, made just right and served with a smile
A lady I think named Diane in the window was great now they have some guy who barely smiles and looks like death warmed up in a broken microwave. Foods still decent but the staff look unhappy and crack extremely fake smiles.
Best fast food in Owosso IMHO. Can be long wait times in drive through, as expected during this pandemic, but still worth it compared to others.
