Just pulled out of the drive-thru without drinking a drop this is what a larged iced mocha looks like. We asked them if they could remake it or give us a small to make up for the gap without coffee and they refused. I can't believe how rude the employees were. That was honestly the worst part.
The accuracy of orders has got so much better in the last couple of years. I remember going to McDonalds a couple years back and they always forgot stuff. Recently, I can’t remember a time where they didn’t have my order correct. Great service as someone who works fast food. The goal is to get the customer out as quick as possible with all of their items, which they do great at. Employees too always seem to have a smile on their face. Love it
Worst mcdonalds I've ever ate at. They will consistently get your order wrong. If there is two cars in the line you can expect to wait a minimum of 25 minutes. The people at the drive through speaker are quite literally "slow" can not take simple instructions. Don't expect anything from this establishment, no one with half a brain wants to work here. Management needs a complete over throw. How does this place not have zero stars?
Good griefhaven't been to a McDonald's in a while and this is why...I get to place the order, get my own drink, pick up my own tray and pay a ridiculously high price for COLD food. If it takes so long, WHY is it COLD? I can do all this at my own home using better quality ingredients and not be so disappointed! I will not be back.
They get the job done. Ice cream machine seems to be operable here more often than surrounding McDonald's. And their pies are always fresh and available. Can ya really ask for much more?
It's a five, it's got good food except for their fries. They always have skinny fries. The service is good, they are fast but they mess your order up. The atmosphere is good except it needs a little bit of a fix.Food: 4/5
This location is pretty good, but I have had times they don't get my order right even when they aren't busy. I have also had some of the workers before be kind of rude, but it seems that's changing with them getting new workers. I went in the other day wanting to get another happy meal pale, and the self order said they were out of stock even though they had them sitting right there. They got my order right and I had good within 10 minutes. So I think they are doing really good compared to other locations I've been. Overall I recommend this location, but it's only McDonald's so I wouldn't drive out of my way for it.
They don't get order right ordered 2 number 2 and only got one and ordered 1 tea and 1 Coke got 2 coke. Need to put order on the board so can see what they punched in. Don't always hear them rep order if right
Poor customer service can never get the orders correct took me 30 minutes to get to happy meals in to mc chickens and their ice cream machines always down
