We love this Big Boy! We live out of state now but make sure to stop in at least once everytime we are up in MI. Wish the weekend buffet was still going but maybe it will come back post COVID. Super fresh food and recommend.

I came in to Owosso Big Boy to place a take out order. Was greeted right away by friendly helpful staff. My food was good and I didn't have to wait long for my order.
Service slow..3 floor staff and 6 tables being served, and no one came over to ask about drink orders or food. A waitress caring food to another table stopped and asked if anyone had served is yet. Wasn't her table but she did get the Service started
Pancakes burnt. Chicken with waffles burnt. It was when they first opened but everyone seemed fast asleep.
