Didn’t like it, I read the reviews and I thought it can’t be bad.. well… food was cold, service was meh and the manager made me reconsider my order. Firstly I noticed no one washed their hands going in and out of the store… customer service was disappointing… I was getting large chips with my order as it was worker error but the manager after handing it to me decided to take it back only to remove the large chips.. that’s pretty unprofessional I mean it was in my hands.. never the less I won’t be returning to this KFC any time soon. The store was chaotic it’s small and felt so tight.
Unfortunately had two bad experiences on consecutive occasions. First visit, I had MISSING Patties on MULTIPLE burgers. The others were literally just bread and lectuce. Second visit, I ordered wicked wings but they weren't in the slightest bit spicy as they are meant to be. Pretty bad impression for a recently opened branch
Do not go here, the biggest waste of money and the disappointment when you get home to the reheated chips and horrible chicken is absolutely unbelievable. I have been here many times expecting proper kfc instead you are greeted with the dog food they sell to you.
Ordered Popcorn chicken combo, twister combo and boneless chicken strip type things. Best thing about that whole meal was the Popcorn chicken. Strips were dry af and the twister fell apart. Wouldn't go here after 7pmFood: 2/5
Staff are not very friendly. They were busy gossiping amongst them. I had to ask them multiple times to get the things that we wanted. They need more training, I guess.Food: 5/5
First of all, thank you so very much to sweet Lana at KFC Auburn who walked me to my car with two huge bags of food in the rain. She was such a gem and her service was impeccable. *she also deserves a raise* The reduction of one star is because the maxi popcorn chicken was missing from our Christmas in July box. I understand that things can get missed because it’s busy during dinner time and I also didn’t get a chance to check but hoping the bags could be double checked next time. All in all, very pleased with the service and food, and I will be back.
Burgers at this branch seem much smaller than other KFC branches. They are halal certified though so is very welcome to Muslims. However the area and location of this is high and full of criminal activities. A full gang war broke out last time I was here waiting for my order. 2 groups began throwing all the KFC chairs and swaring and throwing knives at each other. Very dangerous if you get involved or are alone as a woman. Dietary restrictions: Halal food certificate
Very cute little kfc store with nice atmosphere. Even had self checkout system. Staff were friendly and food was also nice
I travelled 3 kms as there is no kfc in my suburb in the middle of Ramdan, extremely busy traffic and no parking. I was extremely excited to eat a crispy tender chicken, got takeaway, when I opened it, all the efforts went down the drain. God knows how I felt. Disgusting, oily, overcooked, tasted horrible. I give 0 stars and swear to never come back.
