Wells Fargo Bank

I've never had an issue with the service here. I'd go as far too day they offer excellent service however they desperately need a new outdoor janitor. The building, lights, windows, drive through windows and kiosks are covered in nasty spiders and spider webs to the point were it is simply disgusting. There is also a need for repairs to the blacktop. Edit: The place has been considerably cleaner. Updated stars from 1 to 3.

Really dissapointing. Been in there and the employees are so rude. Belting out your account information for the whole lobby to here was not too delightful either. Jennifer seems very unhappy working there but the manager there doesn't take into account what the customer says. My husband and myself are closing ALL of our accounts there on Monday, the small bank up the road is way friendly.

I've always had a great experience here. Sandra is my banker and she has always been very fun to chat with and explains things very easily. All the employees I've dealt with have been very kind. I look forward to going in and seeing them.

BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Horrible place, rude and snotty employees. They do not help you at all and do not correctly explain all their "hidden fees". They also never answer the phone. Finally closing my account & going somewhere else today and I feel so relieved!!
