Horrendous. Deposited a large check, their system screwed up and said it didn't go through. Had to call the next day about it, and they said it was a system error and that they'd get the money in on that day (since the company who wrote the check confirmed the money was taken out of their account). Meanwhile here I sit two days later and while the check is finally in, it's pending. Why do I have to wait a few extra days when they screw up? Moreover, they said they'd call to explain it the matter with me, which they did not. So on top of failing at their job they lack any kind of transparency / skill at customer service.

Im active duty navy living in guam and cant close an account over the phone so they keep charging me money. This bank hates the military. TCF you can screw off!!! THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE!
