Wells Fargo Bank

I first want to say that I usually don’t rate businesses on these computers (my grand daughter is helping me though). When I saw the chance to rate these employees on Google, I told my granddaughter to help me give these ladies and gents a good rating. This team has always helped me when I came in for service. I usually don’t have anything difficult that needs a lot of assistance but it’s just how they make me feel when I’m there is why I like this place. I always feel like they care about me and whatever small task I need they always makes sure it gets done. They always say “Hi Esther” and ask if there is anything they can do to make my day better (or something like that). I just know that I feel welcomed and safe when I am there. I have referred a few friends of mine to this particular location and the ones that went there said they get the same service that I told them about when they are there as well. I won’t go anywhere else but this location. Thank you Wells Fargo Clackamas for treating me like I was one of your good friends.

This establishment is the best!!! I love Wells Fargo! This location has the nicest employees. They always help me with whatever issue I bring in. I recently lost my debit card and I went into the branch and spoke to Jared the manager. He was really friendly and made sure everything was okay with my accounts. He even called me a few days later to make sure I got the debit card. Every employee there gives me that same great service. I’m now working on buying a home for me and my family and I’m using Wells Fargo Home Mortgage services to do it . Thank you Wells Fargo!!

This is the most professional caring and helpful bank I've ever been it. The people over in desks are beyond helpful, talkative and know their stuff! The cashiers are funny and full of life. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this location. With Wells Fargo in the media so often for negative reasons, getting a bad impression is easy, but give this branch a visit and it will make you think other wise.

Deeply saddened; my dad went in with his sister from his care center bed to take out some cash and have her name added to his account. The bank staff gave him over $800 in cash, but said he didn't have enough ID for the secondary signature. He passed in Jan and I couldn't get to the bank til yesterday with the death certificate to get the ball rolling to get what funds I could to finish his burial Account already closed, funds gone, no death certificate on file. I'm confused and quite disappointed.

The staff is great, funny, and full of personality. They've made improvements to the atmosphere with coffee and music in recent months, awesome bank, favorite branch.
