Disappointing now two tries to open a teen checking for my youngest. Brought the information they asked for last week and now they want more information.

I love the customer service but I am very frustrated by the fact I cannot reach anyone by phone in my local branch by looking up the number on-line. I don't want to talk to someone in North Carolina, even though they are very nice, when I am trying to talk to someone from Kalispell. I want to be able to call my bank from anywhere and talk to the people I know.
