I opened 2 accounts several years ago , because my daughter banks there. The gal who helped us, and a reason why we went there, is no longer an employee. When I opened 2 accounts, my credit score was lowered because Parkside did 2 credit reviews FOR OPENING ACCOUNTS and depositing money. I have had no great service or helpful support from Parkside, something I used to get from Montana Educators Credit Union and I am searching for a different bank...that is also not a Glacier Bank.

If I didn't already have accounts with Park Side in Missoula, I would have walked away from this bank and gone somewhere else completely. The Thursday evening ,open til 6pm, is false. At 5:45 pm we were turned away from opening an account . I wished now I would have asked to speak to the manager. You Kalispell people need to come to Missoula to learn how customer service is done! You all were just pretty awful. ...

The tellers are always awesome. Love that the bank treats me as a person rather than just an account number.
