Wells Fargo Bank

WellsFargo itself might have some issues but the folks at this branch are really nice. All the ladies there are always nice and helpful to me when I need to work with my accounts. The gentlemen behind the counter are always courteous and patient in my experience. I do miss the old manager but the new folks have grown on me.

If you want your sensitive personal financial information out in the world, go to this location! We went in to close my husband's account after the huge scam was uncovered. So not only did this bank screw thousands of people over and ruin their credit and their lives; but when we were leaving a loan officer who had been sitting with a woman discussing her finances went, in the middle of the floor in front of anyone who had walked in or was waiting in line, and started talking to his supervisor about HER INFORMATION and situation in an incredibly mocking and disrespectful way. Used absolutely foul language and was so disrespectful I couldn't even believe i was in a professional financial institution. Made me 1000% glad we were done with that horrid bank and it's disgusting employees.

I liked them at first then I started noticing all these little fees for weird reasons. when I would call to find out if I know what they were I would get little stories and I don't know. I start to feel like my money with more the bank then I actually had for myself. Sorry I'm changing banks.
