ATM didn't give me money that was supposed to be withdrawn from machine instead had to wait 15 extra long days to be able to dispute this claim and get the money reimbursed to my debit card just beware

Shelby was awesome! She mentioned she's only been with Chase bank for a month, but she did really good. Her customer service is on point. Thanks for getting me approved for the Chase Freedom credit card.

Went to this chase bank to cash a check they wrote me and without telling me, charged me 7 dollars to cash it since I didn't have am account with them. Chase bank sucks

It was really convenient to have the ATM so close. It threw me off a bit that the ATM was inside the first set of doors even when the bank was closed. Next time I know that the first set of doors are still open despite the actual bank not being open.
