Wells Fargo Bank

Put a deposit in the Night drawer 15 minutes before they open, and now they tell me they open that drawer only ONCE a day, and it's 30 minutes BEFORE they open and they cannot reopen until tomorrow; although there is NOTHING on that night deposit that says all deposits are only checked 30 minutes prior to bank opening so here we sit with no access to our money for an entire day! Wells Fargo has the worst customer service! Closing my account and only using my Credit Union account from now on where they VALUE people! This employees name was Patrick. I see he has other bad reviews as well.

I used to use the Wells Fargo in Maplewood because of living there but I hated it. I moved to WBL recently and started using this location and all the employees are SO much better!

I went to the White Bear Lake Wells Fargo off 61 and worked with Jason, a personal banker. I can honestly say that he was the best banker I've ever worked with, I purposely go to this location instead of the one closer to my house because the people there truly care, Jason helped me and taught me more than I needed to know and I'm very grateful for that. He did not care about fees and getting money, he literally just cared about my account and well-being. I definitely recommend this location over ANY other locations, and ask for Jason, you will not be disappointed.

Was treated very poorly by one of the tellers named Patrick He was very dismissive and rude didn't even give me a chance to speak. As a former employee this kind of behavior was never acceptable, is this the new standard?

I had a very helpful person working at the drive through. He went above and beyond in helping me to see if an automatic payment had gone through. He was very attentive and polite.
