I have never had a problem with this branch. Now I will admit that I do not bank at branches a lot being that I have a lot of my bills setup as AutoPay and Direct Deposit for my paychecks. None the less when I have gone in the people have been super helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is that there are more people working during peak times because I have seen the Drive Thru lines back up tremendously because of the lack of employees.

So disappointed in the Safe Deposit Box department. Every time I come in, since 1970, there is a new problem. No one who knows the boxes is available, my box has a difficult key and we will replace it "next time", "we don't have the size you want" for a second box, and now 'we lost your contract and both you and your husband will have to come in and sign a new one.
