Wells Fargo Bank

They couldn't keep their staff as everyone would continually leave due to "issues". So, I was always having to deal with someone in training or who wouldn't know about processing deposits for either my personal or a business account. One time, I went in to talk to a "financial advisor"...he apparently signed me up for a credit card without my permission at that meeting. When I received a credit card in the mail a few weeks later, I immediately called and cancelled it. I went in soon after to close both of my accounts with them and went to P1FCU instead.

I have had great banking experiences at Wells Fargo in Moscow for seven years now. I think that since the national WF scandal broke, the Moscow branch has been making even more of an effort to provide great customer service and good advice. Our banker helped my wife and I set up a joint account and told us explicitly how to make sure we didn't incur any fees -- the opposite of what some Wells Fargo employees nationwide were doing. He then introduced us to the store manager, who was friendly, fun, and actually looked like he enjoyed talking to customers. I can't speak for the bank nationally, but my confidence in my local banking experience was totally renewed.

Wells Fargo Bank - five stars The interior of this particular bank is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is kind and professional. They have a lot of services for small businesses. They will set you up for a small business loan, line of credit, financial advice, or any other thing you can think of that would involve a bank. The inside of the building to be more specific is well-lit, organized, and clean. They have a very nice waiting area with curios to interest you. The manager is very nice and professional himself. The staff of this Bank will go out of the way to help your small business or you as a person. I highly recommend this bank because of its diversity of services as well as the fact that they're not as crooked as the other Banks. Although the national branch of Wells Fargo is extremely corrupt and substandard, The two local branches in Moscow are exceptionally professional. The local branch is exceptional due to the employees in Moscow care so much about the customer and bring customer service to exceptional standards. This is very unusual because most Wells Fargo's banks Nationwide overwhelmingly have been rated 1 star. The two Moscow Idaho branches rated 5-star are rated do to the local employees who work at them. We too have received substandard service from the national Wells Fargo banking system which is mediocre at best. We too have been lied to about a numerous things on the national level, but the local branches are exceptional.

They're always good to me. Homeboy bankin' ryan helped me when i was retarded about how the ACH Pending check service work and cleared a fee for me like a boss.
