I have been a Credit Union Member since college. I have been very happy, always able to access free banking at a Credit Union Co Op location when not in Moscow (and I travel a lot!), free checking account and always helpful on the phone.

An absolute joke. My wife has had an account there for 15 year's along with first home loan. This past year they have changed so much around it almost made it impossible for us to bank there.

This bank can be awesome or terrible depending on your needs. For example it's not so great for small businesses. The manager and staff working there were really nice to me though. I suppose the national branch is what has been causing all the problems.

Friendly service.  Have been banking here for over 15 years.  The loans department is very helpful and the online banking and mobile app offer more services than many other banks.

Free checking, great service, and 24 hour ATM.  We also refied our mortgage here at 1/4 of the fees Wells Fargo wanted for the same terms.
