Wells Fargo Bank

Not impressed with this branch. I had deposited a check this past fall and they had to call me to clarify after very clearly telling them in person that I wanted the money deposited into my account. Went today to add a signer and they didn't even think to tell me what was needed. I'd switch banks except it would tank my credit score. Funny how they can talk about their rules yet their company as a whole broke the law...Go with a credit union, don't ever use Wells Fargo.

I absolutely hate going to this bank. They are constantly harrasing you to buy / sign up for things. Always want a manager to call you. We now started driving 10 miles farther away to the next bank.

I have had the most phenomenal service at this bank! Every person I met was so welcoming and even let me bring my dog in to say hi - and get treats!!! A special thank you to Lisa, Ian and Kelly for helping me in so many ways!

They switched my accounts and left my deposited check in the closed account. I am switching banks due to the rediculous stupidity of the employees here. I still do not have access to my money after several days when it should happen immediately. Do not trust this bank with your money.
