I paid off an old overdraft & fees back in 2004 then closed my account. Every year I get notices from collection agencies trying to collect on said overdraft & fees. Every year I have to go down to the original branch where I opened the account and have them notify the agency and tell them I don't owe anything. 

Recently I dealt w/ this, only now Wells Fargo has lost the record of my payment. Now I may have to repay the same overdraft AGAIN. 

Thanks Wells Fargo. You suck. Anyone in the Twin Cities area should just stick w/ TCF.
