Dr. Chan is the best doctor I've ever had. He applies his medical training with great skill and thoughtfulness and, he is insightful, kind and very understanding. Dr. Chan has helped me enormously over the years. I can't thank this clinic enough for their ongoing support. Dr. Chan, Nichole, Farrah, Kim and anyone else I've missed. Thank you.

I use the pharmacy only. My experience in the pharmacy has always been perfect. It's a very different experience from the chain pharmacies, and they are very professional. Highly recommended.

Worst clinic ever...they have no respect for people. Can't get through anyone on the phone just via email. Won't even send a refferal to another clinic even if it's urgent. Stay away!

Dr. Chan is my family doctor. He is very thorough, kind , responsive and helpful.

I like my Dr. but this clinic will nickel and dime you for everything they can. Very strict about booking separate appointments for issues you may be having, so that they can bill as many appointments back to our healthcare system as possible. $20 for the note I need each year to renew my insurance. The list goes on and on.

I’ve been going to this clinic for years - have moved twice since and still go to WellOne because of the central location, great team of caring doctors I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the walk-in doctors there, I like my family doctor Dr Hanna and we were really sad when Dr Bergeron the paediatrician left and the front desk staff is very competent, compassionate and responsive.

Dr Chan is the best Dr I have ever had. He is caring, insightful and curious.
