I live close by and have always found Dr. Shi to be quite good & thorough. I can step in and if it is a long line they will offer to call me about 15 minutes before my turn is up. That way, I don't have sit in the clinic twiddling my thumbs. The clinic itself could definitely be renovated.

Run down environment with a constant strong smell. A thorough cleaning is badly needed. Not punctual at all. My appointment was late for over an hour. If the clinic cannot maintain a set schedule, what's the point of making an appointment at all??!

This clinic is very well run, clean and friendly. I have been on numerous occasions and only experienced professional, timely healthcare and advice. Dr. Shi is an understanding and extremely competent doctor. Her support/office staff are efficient and very qualified.

You can call all day every day and they won't even return your call. This is my family doctor and I can't get access to her unless I show up in person. Good luck dealing with anything moderately urgent.

The family doctors accept young kids as well. Knowledgeable for a family doctor. The clinic seems a bit old.

This is possibly the worst walk-in clinic I’ve been to. Dr. Shi was completely uninterested in providing solutions to my problems. The wait time is unbelievably long. Don’t go there.
