Travelled into Welland Toyota not thinking we were going to be purchasing a car until we met Shawn Gillespie, a sales team member. Shawn was very personable and responsive to all of our questions and needs when it came to us finding our brand new vehicle. Thank you Welland Toyota and especially Shawn Gillespie for making the purchase of our brand new car so easy!!! If you're looking for a new vehicle and an excellent no pressure sales person, I recommend Shawn Gillespie :)

Welland Toyota is one of the best places you could buy a vehicle. It was my first time buying one so I was already nervous. I was greeted promptly by a wonderful sales and leasing consultant, who goes by Rob. I knew what I wanted to look at and within seconds I was offered a chance to drive my dream vehicle. Rob brought it around and off I went. The Toyota Yaris was a dream ride and when I came back Rob was more than helpful with going over everything with me. Rob went over the paper work with me and answered every question I had. Moreover, I spoke with Paul, the wonderful financial services manager, who went over various options (buying the vehicle and the warranties on their vehicles). Rob and Paul were absolutely amazing, I have no complaints. Every transaction I had with either of them was enjoyable and pleasant. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you to both for making a first time buyer feel comfortable and welcome at your dealership.

What can I say other than the experience from beginning to end was low stress, informative and enjoyable. My wife hadn't had a new car in 9 years so we ventured out looking for something for her. Dan (our salesperson) assisted us by understanding what our needs and wants were and made sure not to apply any pressure whatsoever. We visited Honda, Hyundai and Mazda, yet we always ended up back at Welland Toyota. I know that there is a Toyota dealership just down the street from Honda in St. Catharines, however we liked the fact that Welland Toyota wasn't a part of a big conglomeration of dealerships and that it is family owned. We didn't feel like just another customer that didn't matter...we mattered to Dan and the rest of the team. Cherie (Financial Office), was an absolute sweetheart to deal with; pleasant, positive, attentive and obviously loved her job. For her it didn't seem like a job of selling us things as much as it was a personal interest in making sure that we'd be happy and well protected...as well and very informed before making any decisions. This is our first Toyota and we would definitely return when our kids are looking for their first cars. Thanks again for everything Welland Toyota

Five Stars all the way! Our family has purchased six new vehicles form this dealership over the last 10 years. Most recently last month we purchased a new 2017 Prius V to replace a 2014 leased Toyota which we traded in 18 months early. Dan was our salesman and did a great job helping meet our needs with no pressure. Cherie the business manager was also wonderful when it came to all the paper work and final decisions when dong the actual purchase and financing. We have visited other car dealerships both Toyota and other manufacturers however have always returned to Welland Toyota to purchase. I hate high pressure tactics that have been heaped on us at some other dealers. The deal/trades etc. at Welland Toyota have always been fair and clear and up front right from the sales staff, without the silly you better buy tonight or the deal will change etc. we got from a local Nissan dealer! Love our new Prius V! Thanks Dan and Cherie!

We have had no issues with Welland Toyota. Today they were a little behind but there is good coffee and comfortable relatively quiet waiting area
