I have been a loyal TD customer for many years, and I recently had an excellent experience. The employee, Ed, was incredibly friendly, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. He genuinely worked hard to help me in the best way possible.nThank you, Ed, for making my banking experience such a positive one.

Ajay Joseph was our teller and he was incredible. Although the usual experience is pleasant, he made me feel well supported, being friendly and going above and beyond to best support what I needed. This is not only a review of TD bank but especially of Ajay, loonies of all tasks you were great!

Staff are great, not enthused they've now closed the business line after closing all other branches in Welland. Wait times can be pretty ridiculous. Only do business for my job here. When I had products with TD I dumped them within two months. I'd never give them my own money.

Worst branch possible, wish I could give 0 stars. TD is not the best bank to begin with but just got worse from this branch. Will not help to deposit draft to purchase house. Manager and staff all have awful attitudes, arrogant, not willing to help or give details, they are supposed to be the ones to ask yet refused to respond, help or do it. Its up to their discretion to put holds or not on drafts but refuse to tell me if they will be putting one on or not. Had MORE than the required information and proof and still refused to help. I have done this multiple times at other branches and banks with Zero issue and all questions answered yet this branch will not answer anything. Use a different Bank or at minimum a different branch

Last week I had the pleasure of dealing with Remi B. He is very polite, positive and professional. His eye contact, the way he speaks with confidentiality, & the energy Remi brings to the customer is something I've never experienced in a bank before. Keep your head up Remi, you're going places!! TD & customers are lucky to have you.
