Bad place to be. Murders happen there & a prostitute was working there when I had stayed. Very uncomfortable.

The nastiest place I have ever stayed. We are currently having a hard time finding a house, that's not in flint, to raise 16yr old daughter, so we are basically homeless. We decided to stay here until could find a house, bu:t I'd rather sleep under a bridge. It would be cleaner. There are all sorts of unknown substances on the walls, the shower looks beyond repagir, ( but is somehow still working ) all the tables in the room had things stuck to them and were dirty, it smells, floors not vacuumed, bed linen dirty, ( glad I had my own), no towels, only a washcloth and hand towel. I brought in a bottle of bleach water and a white washcloth, and it was completely black after washing off just 2 (end) table tops and a 1'x2' section of the wall. Had to leave and ask for refund. I would not make my worst enemy stay here.

First, all staff barely speak English. Second this place must be a halfway home for ex-cons and/or a crack/meth house. And lastly this place should be reported to the health department or the county because everything is so nasty and broken. No fire alarms, ratty bug riddled bed cover and carpeting. Asked for a refund and the guy couldn't figure out how to use his credit card machine, I ended up calling tech support for him because they couldn't understand a single word he was saying! I knew that this place was bad , but I had no idea how bad it is. I'm a traveling technician so I've stayed in dumps and I've stayed in ritzy places and out of all them this is the first one that I got angry and asked for my money back. Scale of 1 to 100 of acceptability this place rates a 1! Better to sleep in car than be subjected to this nasty condemn-able place. P.S. he wants $60/night $240/wk P.P.S they only guy below giving this place more than 1 star must be the crackhead staying there or has never lived anywhere better than a box under a bridge ......they should have negative stars....
